Mr. Ernest S. Mpofu, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Botswana visited China and attended the 4^th Senior Official Meeting of the Forum of China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) on August 20 to 29. The meeting made a mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation---Addis Ababa Action Plan(2004---2006) adopted at the 2^nd FOCAC Ministerial Conference held in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa in December 2003.  The meeting held focal discussions on increasing investment in Africa and enterprise cooperation.
