At the invitation of H. E. Mr. Liu Peng, Minister of General Administration of Sports of China and President of Chinese Olympic Committee, Hon. Maj. Gen. Moeng Pheto, Minister of Labour and Home Affairs led a delegation to China for an official visit from Oct 11 to 16, 2005. During the visit, Minister Pheto held talks with Minister Liu Peng, exchanging views on promoting cooperation in the field of sports between the two countries. The delegation also observed the grand opening ceremony of the 10th Nation Games of China held in Nanjing, and paid a visit to Shanghai, the largest city of China.
